Marriage & Family
For more than three decades, Wally and Monique Spence have shared the journey of marriage, family, faith, ministry, and life together. Through seasons of success, transition, challenge, growth, and change, they have learned that strong marriages and healthy families don’t happen by accident they are built intentionally through faith, communication, commitment, forgiveness, and love.
Together, they are the proud parents of three adult children, all college graduates, and grandparents of two. Their passion for marriage and family ministry comes not from theory alone, but from years of living, learning, raising a family, serving in ministry, and growing together. Through Spence Ministries, they desire to encourage couples and families with biblical principles and practical tools that help relationships grow stronger and leave a lasting legacy.
Their experience extends beyond marriage and family. Wally and Monique bring decades of combined leadership experience in ministry, corporate business, entrepreneurship, coaching, training, and developing people. Together, they have facilitated leadership training and seminars focused on unity, communication, relationships, and helping leaders work effectively toward a shared vision.
