Wally and Monique Spence have built their life and ministry around a shared desire to strengthen people, marriages, families, leaders, and communities. Through biblical teaching, encouragement, leadership development, marriage and family ministry, and practical life experiences, they seek to help others grow in faith, discover purpose, build stronger relationships, and walk together in unity.

Wally Spence brings together decades of experience in ministry, leadership, business, sales, and service. His journey has included leadership roles in the corporate and automotive industries, entrepreneurship, ministry, teaching, and helping individuals and families navigate real-life challenges.
Today, Wally serves in ministry with a passion for biblical teaching, discipleship, leadership development, marriage and family, and church unity. As an author, teacher, and speaker, his desire is to use both biblical truth and practical life experience to encourage people, strengthen leaders, and help others discover and walk in their God-given purpose.

Monique Spence is a woman of faith, purpose, and vision with more than 25 years of ministry leadership experience and extensive experience in business, leadership, coaching, and entrepreneurship. Her passion is helping women and families gain clarity, strengthen their confidence, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
As a ministry leader, coach, author, wife, and mother of three adult children, Monique brings faith and practical life experience together to encourage and empower others. She is the author of Live Your VIP Life and believes that with clarity, accountability, connection, and hope, people can move beyond simply having a vision to intentionally living it.

Wally and Monique Spence have built their lives around faith, family, service, and purpose. Their journey includes more than three decades of marriage, raising a family, building careers, serving in ministry, writing, teaching, and encouraging others through both the victories and challenges of life.
Their experiences have shaped the heart of Spence Ministries: helping people grow in faith, strengthening marriages and families, developing leaders, and protecting unity. They believe some of life’s greatest lessons are learned not only through education, but through living, serving, growing, and walking with God together.

Ministry & Spiritual Leadership
Wally serves as an Elder and Minister of Education, with experience in biblical teaching, preaching, discipleship, men’s ministry, spiritual care, and chaplaincy. He also serves with the Executive Office of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, extending his ministry and leadership service beyond the local church.
His ministry is centered on helping people grow in faith, strengthen relationships, navigate life’s challenges, and walk in their God-given purpose.
Corporate & Organizational Leadership.
Wally brings decades of professional leadership experience across corporate business, automotive, sales, entrepreneurship, and organizational management. He has led and developed teams, managed people and performance, coached leaders, and helped organizations strengthen communication, accountability, teamwork, and results.

Ministry & Spiritual Leadership
Monique brings more than 25 years of ministry leadership and service, including serving as Music Director for Refuge Vision Ministries. Her ministry journey reflects a longstanding commitment to faith, worship, service, and encouraging others to walk in their God-given purpose.
She is also a certified marriage counselor and has counseled couples through marriage and relationship challenges, bringing faith, wisdom, and practical guidance to help strengthen marriages and families.
Business & Leadership Development
Monique brings extensive leadership, business, and entrepreneurial experience, including more than 20 years with Mary Kay, where she served as a Director, built and motivated teams, developed women in leadership, and earned multiple company cars through her achievements.
Her experience as a business leader, coach, and entrepreneur has strengthened her passion for helping women clarify their vision, develop their gifts, and pursue their purpose.
